I like coming here. Clean place. Super chill. Not too loud either, which I really appreciate.

I needed to freeze my membership for a couple of months and expected it to be a hassle, but it went smoothly. I poked around online for a bit before finding the option, and once I submitted it, the confirmation email showed up later that same day. I do wish the fees and dates had been laid out a little more clearly before the final step, but in the end it got done without me having to call anyone, which I really appreciated.

It’s been easy to check the class schedule, and most of the time I can find something that fits around after work.

I use the pool and hot tub a few times a week, and for the most part, they’re kept in good shape. Most days the water looks clean and everything feels well taken care of. Every now and then the spa is either down or could use a bit more attention, but overall, the maintenance has been solid and I’ve had a good experience using the amenities.

I mostly use the 24 Hour Fitness app to check class schedules and scan in at the gym, and it’s been really convenient. The website is straightforward too when I need to update my info or find a club nearby. Everything loads quickly, and I don’t have to waste time hunting around for what I need. It just makes getting in, planning workouts, and staying on track a little easier

I actually liked the gym overall. The place was good and I had a decent experience, but the extra fees kind of surprised me... still, I’d say I liked it.

I’ve been coming here after work for a while, and the treadmills and weights are usually in good shape. When something breaks, they tag it and it seems to get fixed fast, which definitely makes workouts less frustrating. The only thing is, when I mentioned a small issue to the staff, I felt kind of dismissed, like they didn’t really want to hear it. So overall the equipment side is solid, but that part left a bad taste.

I’ve been going here for a bit and overall it’s a solid gym. It’s clean, the equipment is good, and the hours work well for me. Most of the staff have been friendly too. The only thing that really bugged me was the sales guy pushing upgrades even after I told him I wasn’t interested. Kind of annoying. But yeah, other than that it’s been good.

I’ll give them this: every time I’ve shown up, their hours have been right and they’ve actually been open. Which shouldn’t be something customers have to praise, but so many places mess that up that it’s ridiculous.

Yeah, some machines are taken, obviously, but I can still get through my workout without wasting my whole evening standing around. Kind of annoying that people made it sound way worse than it is, but overall I’m actually happy with it.

I actually really like how many equipment options there are here. I rarely have to wait long, which is nice because some gyms apparently think two machines for everyone is enough. It’s easy to switch up my workout when something’s taken, so overall it’s been a solid experience.

I figured the bathrooms and showers would be just okay, but they were actually clean. I’m assuming they stay on top of them regularly, because everything looked well taken care of when I used them.

I never had any weird charges show up, and they billed me exactly the right amount each month. It was nice not having to worry about surprises.

The sauna is usually actually hot, not one of those weak ones that feels unnecessary to even sit in, and the steam room is clean and works well most days. I also really appreciate that it doesn’t have any weird smell, which I’ve definitely run into at other gyms.

The staff seem to check on the area regularly, and it stays decent with towels and overall cleanliness. It makes finishing a workout feel way better, so I’m happy with it. 5 stars from me.
